About the Job
Must Haves:
- At least 1-2 year Helpdesk Experience.
- MS Office Experience.
- Good Understanding of TCP/IP/DHCP/DNS Networks.
- Active Directory Experience.
- Troubleshooting and ticketing experience.
- Take 40+ calls per day and resolving desktop issues over the phone and by remote.
Salary
