Helpdesk Support Technician at TEKsystems

About the Job
Looking for potential helpdesk resources to provide support to students, faculty, and staff. Troubleshooting hardware and software tickets mainly in the windows environment. They will be apart of a fairly small team support hundreds of end users onsite and remotely. This will be a Monday through Friday first shift role.
