High End Custom Home Superintendent - Gpac

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High End Custom Home Superintendent  to join our prestigious High-End Custom Home Building team. Our company specializes in creating luxurious, bespoke homes that exceed the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. As a Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of our projects, ensuring they are completed with exceptional attention to detail, on schedule, and within budget. 5 to 15 years of experiance preffered.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Lead and manage high-end custom home building projects from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects are meticulously planned and executed.

2. Budget and Schedule: As a High End Custom Home Superintendent you will Collaborate with the project management team to establish budgets and timelines, and actively monitor progress to meet or exceed targets.

3. Quality Assurance: Maintain strict quality control measures throughout the construction process to guarantee the delivery of superior craftsmanship and impeccable finishing.

4. Subcontractor Management: High End Custom Home Superintendent will versee subcontractor selection and performance to ensure they meet our standards of excellence and adhere to project specifications.

5. Safety Compliance: Uphold a strong commitment to safety protocols and regulations on-site, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.

6. High-End Home Remodeling: Utilize your expertise in high-end home remodeling to enhance our capabilities and cater to clients seeking renovation and remodeling services.

Requirements:

1. Proven Experience: Demonstrated track record of successfully managing high-end custom home building projects valued at or above $3 million.

2. High-End Home Remodeling: Substantial experience in high-end home remodeling projects, showcasing your ability to handle complex renovations and upgrades.

3. Strong Leadership: A High End Custom Home Superintendent  excellent leadership skills to effectively manage construction teams and subcontractors, inspiring them to achieve excellence.

4. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

5. Construction Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.

6. Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, enabling you to collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

7. Problem-Solving: A proactive and resourceful approach to address challenges that may arise during construction.

8. Safety Conscious: Thorough understanding of construction site safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
