Home Health Aides wanted in Longmont, CO! Schedule is flexible! We offer a reliable and competitive source of income with a 1:1 patient ratio. Make your own schedule and select the shifts you want to work. Join our team as PRN, part time, or full time today!
This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient's residence in accordance with a physician established care plan.
Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.
Responsibilities
- Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting.
- Assist with the patients' activities of daily living as well as personal care.
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of care.
- Remind patient of to take medication as prescribed.
- Maintain records and documentation of services.
- Communication with the patients' family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to monitor vital signs
- Dependable transportation
