AdvisaCare is seeking experienced, motivated, and reliable Home Health Aide (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personal care services to our patients in the Frankfort and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience with hands on patient care
• Work in a team responsibly and independently
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
• Ability to pass drug screen/Clear background checks
