We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our team in Everett. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home assessments and evaluations for patients
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide wound care, medication administration, and other nursing services
• Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring all records are up-to-date
• Educate patients and families on health management, treatment options, and prevention practices
• Coordinate care with physicians, healthcare providers, and support teams

Requirements:

• Valid LPN or RN license in Washington State
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a home health, acute care, or similar setting
• Experience working with ALS patients
• Experience with Vent/Trache
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation for travel within the Everett area
