Title: Occupational Therapist - HOME HEALTH DIVISION20K signing bonus, 4K for relocation if needed!Shifts:Monday – Friday from 8:00 am till 5:00 pmLocation: Carroll County Georgia areaThese services cover 6 countiesAt least one year of experience since they are working in an unsupervised environment. The PTs rotate weekend call to handle any ortho surgical cases that DC home on Friday. (That rotation is every 9 weeks.) Prefer that they have some Home Heath experience but do not require that. Our service area includes 6 counties, but we have a centralized scheduling structure and therapists are assigned territories to minimize travel time and mileage. We are flexible with in office time. They can start from home and end at home with clock in time and mileage staring at first patient and ending with last patient (or office). We chart in Remote Client (Epic HH program) and provide each therapist a laptop. We require that all documentation be completed within 48 hours of the visitTanner Rehab Services puts patient and employee experience first. Physical therapists provide consultation and other educational and advisory services to prevent or reduce the incidence and severity of physical disability, bodily malfunction, and pain. The person in this position provides services to the following populations: Adults (Eighteen years to seventy-five years of age) and Geriatrics (Seventy-five years of age and older).EducationSee License/Certification RequirementsLicenses and Certifications*Occupational TherapistSupervision*Has limited supervision. May serve as a supervisor to staff physical therapy assistants and/or therapy aides if assigned.Qualifications*Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.*Licensure by the Georgia State Board of Examiners o*Comprehensive knowledge of Occupational Therapy treatment procedures.*BLS Certified.*One year of related experience preferred.
