We are looking for a Home Solutions Advisor to join our Team!

Position Summary: A Home Solutions Advisor's primary duty is to sell the company's products and services in a regional territory. Home Solutions Advisors start the sales process in the office and generally leave the office for 4-6 hours a day, 5 times a week, to engage in selling or sales-related activities. This position reports to the Sales Manager.

Pay Scale: Base + Commission and Spiffs- Minimum expected salary is $100k+

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years consultative sales experience
• Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
• Ability to use Company-furnished technology products
• Valid driver's license

Qualifications desired:

• 5+ years' experience retail sales
• Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Good writing skills
• Professional appearance
• Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills
• Strong understanding of the psychology of sales
