Position Overview

Our ideal candidate is a motivated and enthusiastic individual who provides exceptional customer service to our clients and staff. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you must be organized and efficient in problem solving. Your day will consist of creating schedules that cater to both clientele and staff availability, maintaining acceptable communication when changes occur, and assigning a plan of care tasks to caregivers specific to their clients. Requirements

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Strong skills in organization and time management
• Proficient in various computer systems and software applications
•  Attentive to detail
• Able to resolve issues independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
