Titan Placement Group is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Manager to join a reputable healthcare team in Roswell, GA. Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 annually
• Quarterly Incentive Bonus
• Annual Performance Bonus

Role and Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Director of Clinical Services
• Manage a census of 40 to 50 patients
• Oversee the delivery of clinical services and ensure high standards of patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor and manage the performance of clinical staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training programs

Requirements:

• Clear and active RN license in the state of Georgia
• Previous management experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Compassionate and dedicated approach to patient care
• 3 Years of Hospice Experience Required
