Currently, ViTalent is working with the largest healthcare facility in WI to find Hospice Case Manager Registered Nurses for 13 week contracts in Sheboygan, WI.
Coverage Area: Sheboygan and Manitowoc Counties
Great pay at $71/hr ($2,840/wk) with weekly direct deposit!
Hospice Case Manager RN Contract
Experience: 2 years of experience as Hospice RN
Patients requiring Home Health, Infusion and Pediatric nursing, and/or Palliative and Hospice services.
Infection control practices, wound vacs, wound care, picc line dressing changes, port access, IV infusions, drains, critical thinking skills, catheter insertion, drains; Ability to drive at night.
ViTalent is offering a referral bonus of $300.00 per referral, paid after only one month of employment *

- 13 weeks with extension options
- NO On Call
- Day shifts
- 8 hour shifts (8a-4:30p)
- 1 wknd rotation/month
Experience: 2 years of experience as Hospice RN
Patients requiring Home Health, Infusion and Pediatric nursing, and/or Palliative and Hospice services.
