Job Description:

• Provide compassionate nursing care to hospice patients during night shifts.
• Administer medications and monitor patient conditions.

• Support families with emotional and physical needs.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in Oregon.
• Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
