Your role as a Hospital Pharmacist will involve delivering top-tier pharmaceutical care to patients on-site, upholding hospital standards in patient care, supervising pharmacy staff, assisting with training as needed, and ensuring financial responsibility to meet the hospital’s needs and stakeholder expectations. Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, you’ll work closely with a supportive, tight-knit team and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
