At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We're growing our team here in Phoenix, AZ:
Compensation: $20.00 / hour
Shift: We have 4 different shifts available:
- Shift 1 - Saturday thru Wednesday 1st Shift 6:00am to 2:00pm (40 hours full time)
- Shift 2 - Monday thru Friday 1st Shift 5:00am to 1:00pm (40 hours full time)
- Shift 3 - Friday thru Tuesday 2nd Shift 2:00pm to 10:00pm (40 hours full time)
- Shift 4 - Friday thru Tuesday 3rd Shift 10:00pm to 6:00am (40 hours full time)
Phoenix Children’s Hospital Employment Perks:
- Excellent Pay: $20 - $24 per hour entry wage

Your background:
- You have a valid Arizona Guard License (Required)
- You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
