- Required Life Certs: BLS, ALS
- Expected patient encounters per day: 9-12
- Average Deliveries for Hospitalists: 1-4
- NICU Level: 2
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Hospitalists to Provide GYN Coverage
- Hospitalists Required to Perform Circumcisions
- Hospitalists Needed for First Assist
- Backup Available to the Hospitalists
- Typical Cases/Procedures: C/S, vag del, ectopic, stabilize pt and transfer
REQUIREMENTS:
- 100-200 Deliveries in last 2 years
- 25-50 GYN visits annually
- No record of discipline by any medical organization
- Board Certified or Board Eligible by American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology or the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology
