Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business travel revenue and achieve Hotel Business Travel sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to represent the hotel and promote business travel sales
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Monitor and report on sales performance and progress towards targets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in sales, business, hospitality, or related field or commensurate experience
- 3+ years experience in sales, business travel sales, or hospitality
- Proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving targets
