What You’ll Do:

• Focus on Hotel Renovation: Your task is to focus on renovation projects daily, with your goal to complete annual projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders: Work closely with hotel managers, owners, outside contractors, designers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of the project.
• Minimize Disruptions: Plan and implement strategies to minimize the impact of renovation work on hotel guests and operations.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work performed by you and others meets the required standards and complies with local regulations.
• Concise Communication: Serve as the main liaison between the hotel supervisors and management and the entire project team, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
