Housekeeper (full-time or part-time) - Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation and Pediatrics

Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation & Pediatrics is a skilled nursing facility located in Haskell, NJ. We are currently looking for reliable Housekeepers and Porters to join our team.

 Responsibilities as a Housekeeper:

• Maintain all areas of facility in a clean and sanitary condition
• Assist with trash removal
• Ensure service closets are clean and organized
• Sweeping and mopping
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Vacuum and shampoo carpets and rugs
• Clean bathrooms  
• Be aware of safety hazards (broken glass, frayed electrical cords, leaks, broken locks and suspicious activities) and report to the Lead Housekeeper and/or Director of Housekeeping
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Housekeeping

Requirements for a Housekeeper:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is desired
• One year experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
• Ability to bend, stoop and twist
