YOU have an exciting opportunity to join our team and work at our exceptional Skilled Nursing Facility! We are expanding our staff and looking for experienced and enthusiastic Housekeeping Aides to start as early as NEXT WEEK!
Regal Heights is looking for compassionate Housekeeping Aide! Our residents see their Housekeepering Aide more often than their doctor or nurse and often more than their own family. Your work, your small talk, and your smile are important parts of how our residents feel every day. You will not just provide a clean and healthy living environment but will play a critical role in someone’s happiness.
Requirements:
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be experienced at cleaning with a keen eye for details
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be reliable, keep to schedule, and flexible
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Solid work ethic, with initiative for quality and customer service
- Floor Tech Experience / Stripping & Waxing Experience a Plus
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times
- Dust mopping and damp mopping floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms including sinks and commodes
- Daily cleaning and sanitizing of resident rooms, lobbies, sitting, office and dining areas and all furniture
- Collecting trash from the units and for the proper disposal of the trash in an outside container
- Participating in the Continuous Corporate Quality Improvement Program to enhance the quality of the resident care in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern long term care facilities.
