About the HSKP Supervisor position

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our company.  You will be required supervise room attendants and inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness standards are met. 

Housekeeping Supervisor responsibilities are:

• Complete beginning/ending shift procedures
• Assign daily work tasks to room attendants
• Ensure room attendants have appropriate supplies and linens
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness standards and proper amenity placements have been met
• Ensure 100% positive inspection rate on all guest rooms
• Follow daily sign in/sign out key control processes
• Update room statuses in computer
• Assist in cleaning of guest rooms
• Interact with other hotel departments to achieve guest satisfaction
• Report any needed repairs or maintenance items
• Ensure checkout/vacated rooms are a priority

Housekeeping Supervisor requirements are:

• Experience as a Housekeeper

• Good interpersonal skills

• Work side by side with Executive Housekeeper to give regular reports and updates

• Strong attention to details

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
