Summary of position: The primary purpose of this position is to provide cleaning services such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, washing walls, windows and mirrors, etc. in designated areas of the hotel. When assigned to guestrooms, replaces linens, replenishes amenities and makes beds. Also communicates with guests to effectively respond to complaints and special requests.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
