We're looking for a dedicated, hard-working Houseperson who will be responsible for assisting room attendants and responding to guest calls.

Must have excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications:

• Immediately and courteously responds to guests needs or requests related to housekeeping duties and problems as they arise.
• Performs cleaning and keeping of all guest corridors, stairways, buildings entrance lobby’s, elevators and linen rooms to ensure the proper safety, security and function of the facility and participates in the established proactive cleaning/keeping program to prevent general depreciation.
• Deliver linen to the room attendants and linen closets.
• Assist the rooms attendant to remove solid linen, trash and re arrange the room furniture to his belong position.
• Gathers soiled linens and deliver to Laundry to be picked up by linen company.
• Emptied Trash from Housekeeping assigned areas and transport trash to the waste central disposal area.
• Perform the GREEN CHOISE program duties, remove trash and towels from the assigned rooms each day and deliver the snack pack.
• Deliver roll-a-way beds cribs and other potential heavy items.
• Cleans all assigned areas filling the level of expectation set up by the housekeeping department.
• Restocks guestroom supplies in the linen closes as needed.
• Deliver guest requested items within assigned time frames to achieve the most efficient and convenient guest experience.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure the safety use of equipment and systems.
• Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous manner at all times.
• Report promptly any suspicious activities, or malfunction of any of the equipment used by guest and workers, to ensure the safety of the property.
• Perform all other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by the Room Inspector, Housekeeping Supervisor, Housekeeping lead supervisor or Facilities Director.

Compensation Range:The compensation for this position is $38,480.00/Yr. - $39,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
