Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HubSpot Marketing Manager for a 90-day contract to lead our marketing initiatives and oversee our HubSpot platform. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans aimed at boosting lead generation, enhancing customer engagement, and aligning with our commitment to quality and service. You’ll collaborate closely with the CMO, participate in several Zoom meetings each week, and be expected to deliver weekly results.
Although this is a fully remote position, travel to Franklin, IN will be required.
#### Key Responsibilities
- **Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the CMO to design inbound and outbound marketing strategies using HubSpot to attract and convert our target audience.
- **Technical Integration**: Partner with agency teams and software resources to manage and optimize HubSpot integration with various systems.
- **Campaign Management**: Create, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, and content marketing platforms.
- **Marketing Automation**: Build and refine marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing, segmentation, and scoring to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Content Creation**: Oversee the development of engaging content for blogs, email newsletters, and landing pages, ensuring alignment with our brand messaging and value proposition.
- **Data Analysis**: Track and analyze marketing metrics, including campaign performance and ROI, using insights to fine-tune strategies and improve outcomes.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts that align with company goals.
- **HubSpot Management**: Maintain and optimize the HubSpot CRM, managing data, pipeline configurations, and tool integrations.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present detailed marketing performance reports, offering actionable recommendations to the CEO and stakeholders.
- **Optimization**: Continuously test and refine marketing strategies and tactics based on performance data and industry trends.
- **Budget Management**: Oversee the marketing budget to ensure efficient resource use and adherence to financial targets.
#### Qualifications
- Proven experience as a HubSpot Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a strong background in inbound marketing.
- Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs, including managing complex workflows and CRM integrations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication skills and keen attention to detail.
#### Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot Enterprise Experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in the orthodontics or healthcare industry is a plus.
