Responsibilities include:
Find ways to include human centered design and employee-centric solutions in strategies that our clients can use to recruit and develop employees and assist with all portions of an employee lifecycle and propose new solutions.
- Work with clients to understand their workforce and recommend the changing skills their workers will need
- Help clients build agile organizations that will succeed in continuous digital transformation
Here's what you need:
- Experience in a Federal Human Capital in one or more of the following areas: - Workforce Transformation, Workforce Planning or Organizational Design
Bonus points if you have:
- HRaaS – Strategy & Organization, Recruit & Hire, HR Modernization, HR Service Delivery & Compliance
- Human Capital Analytics
- NextGen Change – Dynamic Learning, Agile Org
Security Clearance:
- An active TS/SCI clearance is required
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
