SUMMARY//
The HR Administrator will assist in a variety of human resources functions such as auditing, filing, compliance, recruiting, diversity and inclusion, and other programs to enhance the unique cultures of both The Front Climbing Club and Vertical Solutions.

The Front Climbing Club was Utah's first indoor rock-climbing gym, and one of the first in the nation. From its humble beginnings as The Body Shop back in the 80's to three best-in-class facilities today, The Front has never lost its soul or connection to its roots.
Primary and Essential Functions
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and reporting on HR documents
- Make updates and ensure data integrity in appropriate software (HRIS)
- Assist with updating job postings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, performing phone screenings, drafting job offers, tracking job offers, and sending rejection letters
- Assist in organizing scheduling onboarding for new hires
- Contact person for HRIS system questions from employees
- Contact and liaison for payroll questions
- Data entry in multiple HR systems
- Upkeep OSHA logs and reporting
- Assist in all annual and requested audits of HR systems
- Assist in benefits administration including new hire enrollment, open enrollment, and termination
- Assist in planning and running employee events
- Ensure effective communication to keep employees informed and up to date, including updating the Wiki on a weekly basis with new hires and departures
- Upkeep documentation of HR SOPs
- Work closely with Director of Employee Development to develop and implement various HR initiatives to support, protect, and grow the organization
- Managing and auditing employee certifications, licensure, employer assets, and reviews in HRIS
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or another relevant field is strongly preferred
- 1-2 years in human resources administrative role or position
- 1-2 years working with an HRIS & ATS systems
- Experience working on HR development projects to improve systems and processes within an organization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to deal with sensitive employment issues professionally, discretely, and compassionately
- Extremely proficient in MS Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- Be able to collaborate and innovate as a means to create exceptional value for our members, our company, and ourselves

Salary: $48,000- $53,000 depending on experience
