Human Resource Generalist / Recruiter - PrideStaff

Our client is looking for a HR Generalist /   Recruiter for a  Direct-Hire  position in Warren, NJ.

This position will support the Recruitment, Onboarding, Compliance, Payroll, Leave Administration, Employee Relations and Technology Generalist duties.

Requirements:

• BS degree required
• Has to be open to full time recruiting depending on business needs 
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
• Minimum 4 years of human resources experience
• Minimum 2 years of payroll, compensation and leave administration
• Paylocity experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
