Paragon Revenue Group is a leader in the medical revenue cycle management industry that has been individually owned and operated in Concord, NC since 1986. We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organizational goals and develop strategies related to staffing, recruiting, retention and development.
- Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including workforce planning, interviewing, screening, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, benefits, and payroll-related regulations.
- Maintain personnel files
- Manage the performance evaluation process and work with management on ongoing coaching and development
- Manage payroll, benefits, and leave.
- Manage company insurance policies, office maintenance, and supplies
- Assist with banking, contract review, and litigation
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong Human Resources experience including Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and HRIS/HCM software.
- Compensation based upon experience.
- Guaranteed 40-hour week with set schedule, M-F. Hybrid schedule (75-80% remote).
