Summary:
This is a Leadership position responsible for spearheading thefirm’s HRand talent initiatives and building out thisnewfocusareaofthecompanyfromthegroundup.Thisrole will beintegral in helping to shapethefirm’s long-term growth trajectory.Thesuccessful candidatewill beforward thinking, develop plansand communicateeffectively to SeniorLeadership.
KeyAccountabilities:
- Manage Talent Development & Acquisition for the company addressingthetalentneedsofalldepartmentsandworkwith leadershiponlong-termtalentstrategiestoachievecompany goals.
- Supportdepartmentleaderswithassessingtalent,prioritizing hiring needs, hiring process and developing retention strategies including career pathing for employees.
- Lead efforts to build a ready-now pipeline of employee candidatestofillexistingandfutureemployeeneedsforeach department.
- Recommendanddevelopemployeerelationspracticestofoster a positive employer-employee relationship, including working with leadership across all departments to develop and execute employee engagement strategies that promote the company and realize itsgoal ofbecoming the employer ofchoice in their industry.
- Lead the development and implementation of performance managementprogramandreviewprocessmeetingtheneeds of each department driving overall employee accountability.
- Collaborate with Department Leaders to refresh job descriptionsandleadthedevelopment/implementationofa performancemanagementprogramacrossalldepartments.
- In collaboration with the COO and Controller, develop a salary bandforeachrolebydepartmentthatismarketcompetitiveand creates consistency on job salaries across the organization over time.

- Providesnewemployeeonboardingincludingorientationand desk set up.
- Conductexitinterviews.
- Managespecialprojectsandspecialeventssuchascompany the picnic and holiday party.
- Overseesadministrativeteam(twoindividuals).
Experience&Qualifications:
- Bachelor’sdegreeinhumanresourcemanagement,BusinessAdministrationorrelatedfieldispreferred.
- 5-10+yearsofTalentAcquisitionManagementexperience,includingstrategyandprocessoversight.
- Provenexperienceworkingwithone(1)ormoreCustomerRelationshipManagement(CRM),Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and / or Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- ComputerproficiencyincludingadvancedknowledgeofMicrosoftSuiteofproducts(Excel,Word,and PowerPoint).
- Provenexperiencewithallitemslistedaboveinthe“KeyAccountabilities”sectionofthisjobdescription.
- ProfessionalDesignations/Certification(PHRorSPHR)isaplus.
- Provenabilitytoinfluenceatalllevels,includingpreviouslysittingattheleadershiptableanddriving/ initiating change for the better.
