What You'll Do:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to senior executives and department heads. Your work will play a vital role in supporting our administrative team and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant:
+ Provide administrative support to senior executives and department heads, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangementsAssist with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents
+ Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and special events, including booking venues, arranging catering, and managing RSVPs
+ Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
+ Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing
+ Prepare and distribute communications to internal staff and external partners
+ Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned

What You'll Bring:
Qualifications of an Administrative Assistant:
+ Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
+ Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate or healthcare setting
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
