About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join a direct hire opportunity in Twinsburg. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in human resources within a supportive and collaborative environment.
This person will be trained to advance to the HR Coordinator.
Shift: M-F 1st shift
Pay: $45k - $55k
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date and accurate.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and employee inquiries.
- Help with employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Support HR team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of prior HR experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
