- A high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources
- Minimum of 1 year payroll processing experience within a manufacturing environment
- Minimum of 1 year time keeping experience
- Strong MS Office Excel skills to include formulas and pivot tables.
- This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Administer time and attendance system monitoring and tracking employee attendance and creating corrective actions, communicating with supervision and employees to ensure timely compliance.
- Monitor Family Medical Leave and ensure compliance meeting with employees as needed.
- Monitor and coordinate Short term and Long term disability supporting transition from leave back to work by comminating across departments and with employees.
- Communicate with and support payroll serving as payroll back up and coding leave in the time keeping system.
- Support recruitment and retention activities for hourly employees. Support ongoing training and development activities.
- Providing HRIS and HR system support including: new hire conversion, Paid time off administration, Short Term Disability and Family Medical Leave administration, HRIS interface administration.
- Responsible for preparing various ad hoc reports and metrics.
- Support the implementation of strategic HR programs and communications.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and practices, as well as compliance to federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure all activities are strategic and in compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity policies and practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- This is a first shift job, hours shall be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Overtime is expected. Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
