JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources and working closely with the Chief Talent Officer, the Human Resources Business Partner will be the HR Business Partner for Los Angeles, including responsibility for employee engagement, culture initiatives, employee communications, performance management, training, employee relations, and other generalist activities. The position will be based in Los Angeles, California.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- HR Business Partner. Will be the HR business partner for the LA office.
- Employee Engagement and Culture Champion. Continue the momentum on our employee engagement process, including generating and implementing new processes to keep our employees engaged. Includes the roll out and continuing efforts towards our Culture initiative and creating programs and events to foster a positive work environment for all employees
- Employee Communications. Market and maintain employee portal (All.AXS.COM) to offer comprehensive internal communications vehicle employing social media and working with communications and marketing team.
- Employee Relations: Responds to, analyzes and provides guidance to managers on methods and approaches to resolve employee relation issues. Investigates, documents and resolves employee relation issues and grievances.
- Performance Management. Ensure we have a best-in-class performance management, recognition and reward, promotion and exit processes. Implement process changes as needed with input from Leadership.
- Employee Development. Design and facilitate effective training and development programs for employees. Ensure that all managers are trained on the progressive discipline process, performance management process, and related management programs and initiatives. Coach Managers to create and maintain a work environment with high morale and productivity. Management consulting and coaching as needed.
- Global HR Initiatives. Lead or participate in global HR initiatives to drive consistent process and culture throughout the company.

EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience desired
EXPERIENCE:
- 8-10 years of HR generalist or related experience
- Experience working for a Technology company
- Experience building and executing programs to support Culture Initiatives
