Key Responsibilities
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with managers and employees in designated departments, providing indispensable support at all levels
- Anticipating and developing a strong understanding of the business as well as goals and challenges to recommend integrated HR solutions in collaboration with other areas of HR
- As a coach and facilitator, guiding and supporting managers on how to thoughtfully address complex organizational and talent issues and to assess current and future organizational needs
- Liaising between the business and other HR departments (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, and Diversity and Inclusion) to communicate the business need in order to deliver the most comprehensive and scalable HR solution
- Providing consultative and collaborative support and guidance on implementation of people programs and initiatives
- Using data (from surveys as well as from HRIS) to analyze trends and use metrics to propose and develop solutions and best practices
- Maintaining a focus on strategic workforce planning, talent assessment and calibration, performance management and development and change management needs
- Collaborating closely with the head of Diversity and Inclusion and others to embed practices into the department

Additional Skills and Knowledge
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience in fast paced, dynamic and high growth environment
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Computer skills in MS office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint and HRIS
- Knowledge of OD concepts and models, including team effectiveness, communication styles, assessment tools and facilitation skills
