About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Company Policy and Procedure Management: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure adherence and compliance within client organizations, addressing any legislative changes or industry-specific requirements.
- Client Interface: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships. Understand client needs and expectations, providing tailored HR solutions and proactive advice.
- HR Strategy and Policy Development: Utilize your deep knowledge of HR best practices and regulations to assist clients in developing and implementing effective HR strategies and policies, aligned with organizational goals.
- Project Management: Lead and contribute to various HR projects, such as restructuring, performance management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
- Employee Relations: Offer expert guidance in resolving complex employee relations issues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processes and collaborate with clients to administer comprehensive benefits packages, fostering employee satisfaction and compliance.
- HR Coordinator Tasks: Depending on client size, assume responsibilities related to HR Coordinator tasks, overseeing administrative duties, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Qualifications:
- 4 Years of General HR Experience: Proven track record in diverse HR functions, showcasing expertise in recruiting, payroll, benefits administration, and policy development.
- Independent Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- BA/BS in Human Resources: A degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, demonstrating a solid academic foundation in HR principles.
- Certification Preferred: Possession of PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred, showcasing a commitment to professional development and staying abreast of industry trends.
- Experience supporting multiple businesses/entities is a plus.
Work Environment and Schedule:
This part-time remote position requires commitment to our values and principles, with flexibility to work additional hours based on business needs. Although the role is fully remote, you will be required to follow a Monday-Friday schedule, providing availability for client interactions while allowing for flexible working hours. We require that you work a Monday-Friday schedule with dedicated "core hours" each day during standard business hours. During your core hours, you are expected to be in a home office environment/professional/quiet setting free of distractions. We are seeking someone looking for permanent part-time employment, committed to RCR and are not looking for someone seeking part-time employment in addition to other employment.

Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $25-$32/hour
