About the role
We seek to hire an HR coordinator who possesses exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities. An HR coordinator should be an innovative thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. They must have outstanding administrative and IT skills, with the capacity to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
For success in this role, HR coordinators need to exhibit robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a profound comprehension of employee relations and staffing management. The ideal candidates will excel in conflict resolution, be efficient in scheduling, and meticulous during the recruitment process.
What you"ll do
Provide assistance for all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
Preserve both physical and electronic copies of employee records.
Support the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment offers.
Aid in performance management processes.
Organize meetings, interviews, HR events, and manage agendas.
Arrange training sessions and seminars.
Conduct orientations and update records for new employees.
Generate and submit reports on general HR activities.
Help with ad-hoc HR projects.
Support other functions as assigned.
Stay informed about the latest HR trends and best practices.
Qualifications
Preferred: 2 years of experience as an HR coordinator.
Familiarity with Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
Proficient in HR administration and people management.
Knowledge of payroll practices.
Comprehensive understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
High computer literacy, including email, MS Office, and other business communication tools.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Robust decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Thorough attention to detail.
