The Elms Center, a locally owned and locally run facility, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Coordinator to join our leadership team. As we embark on an exciting new chapter under new ownership, we are dedicated to fostering a supportive and engaging workplace for our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our mission
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention programs
- Manage employee relations and ensure a positive workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to management and staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in healthcare or long-term care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
