LetsGetChecked is currently searching for a People Operations Coordinator. The People Operations Coordinator will have a key role in the creation and delivery of our people's experience here at LetsGetChecked. This role is a full-time position, reporting into our US People Operations Team.
The People Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the People department and all relevant stakeholders across a wide range of People areas. People areas include; People information system administration, onboarding/offboarding administration, contract management, probation management, employee support, and working/delivering on People Ops related projects.
Responsibilities
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs across the employee lifecycle including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development
- Handle new employee onboarding activities to ensure smooth organization transition
- Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation and conduct exit interviews
- Answers HR frequently asked questions via email or live requests from employees relative to standard policies
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
What we are looking for…..
- Three year's relevant experience in a busy, HR administrative role or similar
- Experience working with BambooHR and/or ADP (desirable but not essential)
- Proficiency in the use of computer systems, particularly MS Office Suite
- Intermediate to Advanced competence in MS Excel (use of formulas, formatting etc)
- Strong attention to detail
- An understanding of processing confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible, with the ability to manage work time effectively and work on own initiative
