The primary function of the Human Resources Director is to coordinate HR policies and programs with an emphasis on recruitment, retention, payroll, benefits, and employee relations, and ensuring that the organization fully complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Attributes:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Experience in long-term care is highly preferred
- Strong ability to manage, multi-task, and communicate effectively
- Excellent work ethic, intense drive, and initiative for quality service
