About the Job
The Human Resources Generalist supports HRIS, Compensation and HR functions by performing data entry, auditing and maintaining the HRIS database; ensures confidentiality, accuracy and integrity of human resource-related employee information. Responsibilities include tracking, researching, maintaining, reporting and communicating employee information utilizing the HRIS database and other software products. Administers and supports human resources activities including employee status changes, name badge set up, and documentation of required employee licensure/credentials. Responds to basic internal-client information requests.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalency required. Minimum of two (2) years human resources, office or data entry experience required. Prior experience with electronic employee file systems preferred.
