Position Description:
- Conducts research and analyses on projects or programs.
- Communicates HR services, initiatives, and programs.
- Responds to inquiries related to HR and company policies and procedures.
- Maintains, develops, proposes, and implements HR and company policies, procedures, and other guidelines.
- Supports employees and managers in understanding and being compliant with HR policies and guidelines.

- Is expected to integrate processes and results from other workflows and disciplines to develop and accountably propose appropriate and effective solutions for significant parts of solutions.
