Human Resources (HR) Manager Opening!

Job Duties:

• Work with Administrative team to build and manage the HR functions of the organization
• Coordinate and assist with the recruitment of qualified staff for open positions
• Manage/Maintain local HR functions and paperwork for employees
• Oversee payroll in gathering and processing payroll data, communicating with employees and resolving payroll issues
• Other adhoc duties as requested

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years HR experience in a hospital setting preferred
• Minimum of 1 year coordinating human resource paperwork
• Verbal ability to receive and communication complete and accurate information
• Human relations skills to use tact and diplomacy in contracts with the persons served, and knowledge of employment laws

You will have the flexibility to implement new procedures and systems to improve the smooth running of the office.

This is an autonomous role and you need to be comfortable being independent and making decisions. This position will suit you if you have good human resource, interpersonal and presentation skills, and office management experience. You need to be self-directed and have organizational and problem-solving skills.
