POSITION PURPOSE: Provide support to the Human Resources Department by assisting with activities relating to employee recruitment, training, and engagement.
- Assist with recordkeeping, training documentation, and data entry.
- Support hiring activities through applicant phone screening, testing, reference checks and job offers.
- Assist with New Hire Orientation and new hire on boarding.
- Assist with Employee Relations – answer employee inquiries, support events…etc.
- Support Company Activities and Employee Recognition events.
- Special Projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- College Student with coursework in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
