How You Will Make an Impact?

Human Resources Intern will be provided with training and will gain experience in the various areas of Human Resources . Rotations during this internship will include Onboarding, Talent Acquisition, Training and Organizational Development, and HRIS/Compensation . No housing is provided for this internship.

Required Credentials

Critical knowledge and competencies required :

• Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy. This includes the ability to speak and write clearly to deliver client service excellence - over the phone, through e-mail, or in all other interactions.
• Ability to hold self accountable to meet commitments, consistently delivering results within required timelines and expectations.
• Work collaboratively with others, creating partnerships with management, colleagues, and the rest of the human resources function.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously, while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Treat highly confidential information with the utmost integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , or related field , in progress
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent computer skills

You Must Be Able to

Working in an office environment in a seated position a minimum of eight hours per day is required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear . The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
