Job Details
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree - preferrably in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Masters preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in HR and HR Management
- Manufacturing or industrial environment industry experience
- Expertise in HR best practices, talent management, labor law compliance, employee relations
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR systems (HRIS, ERP, Paycor)
- Certifications: Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred.
