Are you a strategic leader with a passion for human resources and organizational development? Monarch Staffing Solutions is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources Manager with our client, a leading organization in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will be the key resource for providing administrative and technical support to employees and management regarding HR policies, employment laws, benefits, and payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Drive the development and implementation of HR plans, policies, and procedures that align with the company’s strategic vision and objectives.
- Comprehensive HR Oversight: Manage all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, and employee engagement.
- Workforce Planning: Create and implement workforce planning and retention strategies to address the company’s human capital needs.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive total rewards programs. Oversee employee benefits programs, including pay, benefits, and leave management.
- HRIS & Data Analytics: Enhance the use of HR information systems to promote efficient operations and data-driven decision-making.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, participating actively in strategic planning committees.
- Quality Improvement: Lead quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and internet navigation.
- Three (3) years of experience in benefits administration.
- Three (3) years of experience in the Human Resources field.
- Commitment to delivering quality, customer-focused services while maintaining confidentiality for consumers and staff.
- Familiarity with ADP or other HRIS management systems.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, majoring in Human Resources or General Management.
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly within behavioral health or community mental health settings.
Additional Information:
- Travel: Occasional travel may be required for meetings, conferences, and events.
- Work Environment: Professional office setting with standard office equipment.
- Compensation: Annual salary range of $55,000 - $60,000.
