Human Resources Manager
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full employee life cycle, implementing HR policies and procedures, and driving strategic HR initiatives to support organizational growth and employee satisfaction. The role will be reporting directly to the Director of HR. Role is hybrid onsite 1-2 days in the Philadelphia Office.

Key Responsibilities
- Full Employee Life Cycle Management:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor regulations.
- Efficiency and Effectiveness:
- Conduct regular reviews of HR processes and systems to ensure they are efficient and effective.
- Employee Relations:
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Training and Development:
- Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs.
- Performance Appraisals:
- Manage the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to supervisors and employees.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Handle compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing, and compensation benchmarking.
- Strategic Planning and Growth Support:
- Support the organization in strategic planning and growth by ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Diversity and Inclusion:
- Manage diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Stay Updated:
- Stay updated on employment labor laws ADA, FMLA, HR trends and best practices to effectively support the organization.
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or 6 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Knowledge of National Labor Laws:
- Strong knowledge of national labor laws and regulations, and the ability to ensure compliance across all HR functions.
- Policy and Procedure Development:
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to meet organizational needs.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of the organization.
