About the Human Resources Manager position

We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes.  You will support business needs and ensure company strategy and objectives are properly implemented.

The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.

Human Resources Manager responsibilities are:

• Managing the recruitment process

• Processing weekly payroll through ADP Total Source

• Managing Benefits (insurance and 401k) 

• Managing Employee schedules and PTO

• Updating procedures when necessary

• Maintaining records

• Creating new recruitment processes

Human Resources Manager requirements are:

• Experience as a Human Resources Manager

• Familiarity with ADP

• Knowledge of labor laws and screening

• Experience managing group insurance plans

• Experience managing retirement accounts

• Familiar with MS Office

• Great leadership skills

• Effective communication skills
