The HR Manager will advise on critical HR areas while ensuring compliance and maintaining best practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic advisor and Subject Matter Expert in Employee Relations, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Compliance.
- Oversee and manage all HR functions for a growing team of 60+ employees.
- Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring we hire top talent to meet our growth objectives.
- Foster a positive work environment by developing programs that enhance company culture, employee engagement, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance to leadership on organizational changes, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in HR for companies with 50+ employees and diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS industry practices is preferred.
- Proven track record in recruiting, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ability to navigate and resolve complex employee issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
