We are looking for a Human Resources Recruiter with the ability to develop recruitment strategies to meet with objectives of the organization.  This candidate is responsible for designing and implementing recruiting plans for the organization.  They should confer with management to assess and identify staffing needs.  The HR Recruiter will execute recruiting plans and source the most suitable candidates to fill positions.

General Summary: The Human Resources (HR) Recruiter is a hands-on representative of the human resources office whose job is to help facilitate all basic human resource functions.  Must have experience in recruiting. 

Essential Job Responsibilities:

·         Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.

·         Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by the director of HR.

·         Interview candidates and prepare job offers.

·         Make photocopies, mails, scan and emails documents.

·         File documents into appropriate employee files.

·         Prepare new-employee files

·         Assist in the full hiring process of employees: includes recruitment, scheduling interviews, verifying references and tracking of new possible candidates.

·         Ensure the confidentiality of HR related information is always maintained.

·         Provide written and verbal employment verifications.

·         Place employment ads

·         Assist with additional projects, as assigned.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.

Job Type: Full-time Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm.
