Responsible for providing administrative and technical assistance within the Human Resources program in a classified environment with multiple sub-contractors, partners, technologies, systems, and services.
Responsibilities
- Work within current business processes to provide technical and administrative support to Human Resources, Leadership and Talent Development, and/or Compensation & Benefits project teams
- Work to coordinate and meet deliverable deadlines
- Conduct analysis, and research in support of projects
- Produce Weekly Activity Reports (WAR)
- Prepare presentations
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- TS SCI Clearance
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years in HR or Administrative role
- Solid MS Office skills
Desired Qualifications
- Desired Years Related Experience: 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with HR software preferred (Yello, Hand-Shake, HireVue)
